HERBAL SAUNA (30 minutes):
Herbal sauna will open pores and allows the herbs absorbed directly into the body. The herbal mists will get into the lungs as they breathed in. This also will allow a cleansing for skin, improve the overall health of the body and relax the person enough to clear the mind of all the things that make a person feel stressed out. As they relaxed, helps their muscle less tight. After the treatments you will feel your entire body has been look after. We also add few drops of Aromatherapy Essential Oils that will invigorate and help with various illnesses. Overall herbal sauna will help to ease pain and stressed.
BODY POLISH and BODY SCRUB (90 minutes):
